The ATLAS Bar is part of the splendid Parkview Square building in Singapore, which also houses several embassies. The modern building, completed in 2002, has a fascinating Art Deco architecture – the authors got inspired by Europe’s and New York’s magnificent buildings, including the Chanin Building, built in 1929.
Tribute to the Signature Menu

However, the luxurious and extravagant bar area needed its own signature menu, which would attract drink lovers. The millionaire Vicky Hwang, the bar owner, managed to get a team of experts who finalized the details several years ago. The rich offer of drinks and food, celebrating the tradition of specialties of the 1920s, will not disappoint any demanding connoisseur. The drink menu also consists of first-class European cocktails and the best collection of gin, spirits, or champagne from all over the world.
It took over two years to assemble the exceptional collection (ATLAS Collections) of selected alcoholic drinks. The menu also includes rare wines and whiskeys from the private collection of Vicky Hwang and her family, which after almost forty years from the start, made the menu for the bar’s guests only. So, being exceptional requires an exceptional menu.
Gin Party

Gin had become the number one item on the menu. The collection of the ATLAS bar was chosen at the time when the philosophy of cocktails was being created. Today, ATLAS boasts one of the most diverse gin collections in the world – they are divided into seven categories, in which you can find several flavors, plant extracts, and juniper hints. The outstanding bar even offers the opportunity to become a member of the so-called Juniper Society, a club where you can get to know the real lovers of this delicious alcoholic beverage. In this club, you can not only taste various valuable gins but also learn all kinds of facts about them and participate in events, workshops, or exhibitions. In addition, every appointed Tuesday of the month takes place the so-called Juniper Tuesday, which includes a gin tasting recommended by a participating gin expert.
