In the Lap of Tatran Nature
At the recent Designblok trade fair in Prague Slovak production cooperative Javorina sparked interest with the presentation of its TATRAN bed with night tables. The Czecho-Slovak pair of designers Lenka Damová and Boris Klimek were inspired by the nature of the Tatra Mountains for its creation. The bed is made from FSC certified massive oak wood with an oiled surface, which ensures increased resistance. Clarissa Dorn and Roel Haagmans, whose love of light and crystal has for years now drawn them into lighting designs, stand behind the founding of German company WINDFALL. At the January international furniture trade fair IMM in Cologne the company Bonaldo presented a firm sofa with an unusual silhouette – Lovy.
