Summer is here, and with it, a call for a change not only in our wardrobes but also in our houses.

Usually, it is time for lighter colors, playful patterns, and decorations. Only a few accessories and you can create a fresh holiday atmosphere in the interior. Get inspired by our tips for a summer update.

Fresh Exotic Shades

Interior On colder days, we like a few colors and choose shades that evoke a warm atmosphere at home. During the summer period, we choose mainly bright colors. This summer is no different. You can create a home summer oasis full of exotic colors. Let’s rock it with lime, coral, or azure. Yellow, evoking the sun and the warm sun rays, is extremely popular too. Combine bright colors with subtle nude shades, but the safe bet is white, which will brighten your house.

A Touch of Navy Blue

Do you want to feel like you’re on vacation? Bring some holiday spirit to your home. The interior in the nautical style can be achieved using two primary colors, blue and white, which nicely combine with red or black. The motifs of ships, anchors, or belts, an inherent part of the nautical style, are welcome. You can apply them to curtains, bed sheets, or carpets. If you want to add a nautical style, use some nice accessories.

Interior Stylish Accessories

Do you want to keep your interior style while bringing a holiday atmosphere? Properly selected accessories and decorations will help you create a great summer atmosphere. Sometimes it is enough to exchange dark and heavy materials for breathable fabrics such as cotton or linen. Replace curtains with more transparent ones, and play with colors and patterns on bed linen or pillows. The feeling of being on vacation can enhance paintings with the sea, beach, or exotic animal motifs. Decorate your dresser or desk with photos and holiday souvenirs from previous years.

The Urban Jungle

In addition to the sea or sand, we associate summer holidays with palm trees, tropical flowers, and plenty of greenery. During the summertime, you can also place plants in your interior and turn your space into an urban jungle. Olive tree or Monstera will give you the right portion of exotics lands. Lemon trees, ficus, and fig trees are perfect elements of the holiday atmosphere.
