In the summer, our skin is exposed to various dangers such as wind, sand, and sun rays, which can affect, dry, or irritate it and lead to increased sensitivity. How can we provide the necessary hydration?
Deep Hydration
Due to high temperatures and excessive sunlight, our skin can suffer, leading to aging, dryness, and irritation. It’s important to properly moisturize it after the summer, both externally and internally. Here’s how to do it.
Moisturizer
Hydration is crucial for healthy and nourished skin. A must-have product in your cosmetic bag is a moisturizer. While you can choose a day moisturizer, your skin absorbs it most during sleep and when it is properly cleansed. Therefore, it’s better to opt for a night moisturizer instead.
Minimum Makeup
Do you suffer from extremely dry skin with a tendency to eczema after the summer? Then, take a break from your makeup routine. If you must already have makeup on your face, choose its lighter version, namely BB cream. This includes makeup and face cream. Thus, it does not dry out your skin; on the contrary, it moisturizes and covers imperfections.
Instant Hydration
Do you need to hydrate your face immediately? Get a face mask with a moisturizing effect. There are various masks on the market, from moisturizing to masks with snail mucus. If you choose a moisturizing mask, choose one that contains vitamin C or collagen in addition to a high water content. Your skin will be reborn!
Velvet Skin
Summer is usually marked by unpleasant drying. In addition to the face, the body also deserves pampering. Moisturize it with a body lotion, preferably with vitamins. You will have skin like velvet, and there will be no trace of dried skin!
